    THE PROCESS

The Planning Process

Stage 3, This stage is called the content stage and is the main section of the site containing content such as "an introduction, about the company, main images etc"

When you're planning to add content to your website you should make a plan. We call this a priority list. List out your services and number them with the top service being number one. This service should have its own page. If you're able to write some text, ideally each of your services should have their own exclusive page dedicated to all the details involved with that service. A general rule if thumb is not to go overboard with text, people tend to skip over rows of text and get bored.

Visitors in general want to find the information they want and get off the site, give people what they want.

Do you have a company logo or a colour scheme in mind?

Our graphic design department are here to put your thoughts to images.

We have graphic designers and photographers ready to bring your website to life, they say "a picture tells a thousand words".

This is where we start coding the template, working with the client we put together the basic look of the site before adding content.

At this stage we can start building any databases you might require.

A database is a collection of information that is organized so that it can easily be accessed, managed, and updated. In one view, databases can be classified according to types of content: bibliographic, full-text, numeric, and images.

The website is built details are given so clients can login and see the stages as we go along, when everything is complete we move the site to the live servers.
